The 'Light of Lamps'
From lamp posts to candles, Court is able to refract strong light in a method or form he fancies, which usually comes out as an epee.
Ambiant light, such as moon and starlight, can not be refracted.

Abilities:
The 'Doorkeeper'
Signaled by a ring of keys, Court can access any door, as well as materialize doors from hammerspace to use.
Court Doors are mysterious, backwards areas and are all too easy to get lost in.
Entering a Court Door without Court as a guide can be hazardous to one's health.

The 'Ghost Body'
An innate ability. Court's body is a loony thing being inhumanly flexible and seemingly "weightless".
Court can appear (and likes to appear as) sideways, upside-down, or in suspended animation.

The 'Moon's Joke'
A characteristic unique to Court. Court's relevance is akin to the phases of the moon.
As the moon waxes, Court's abilities are fortified and is at its peak during the full moon.
As the moon wanes, Court's abilities dwindle as well as his body becomes frail.
For some unholy reason, Court will not appear during the New Moon.

Court, while dextrious, is not the fighting type. Light of Lamps is also a utility weapon and is has limited use, offensively.

DEF: 2 / 8 +Ghost Body
Court's tolerance is rather lacklustre, although many of its shortcomings are circumvented with Ghost Body.

SPD: 8 / 8
Before Court took position as Mayor, he was an avid swing dancer.
He is very quick-footed and limber. Very. Limber.

SPC: ???
Because of Moon's Joke, Court's aptitude is never consistent.
During the moon's waxing phase, Court's abilities are amplified per phase [1, 3, 5] until the full moon [8].
During the waning phase, Court's strength is diminished per phase [8, 5, 3, 1] until the new moon [0].

Personality:
Court's a bag of smart-allek who hardly gives a straight answer.
He speaks to others like a condescending elderly war veteran without the senility. Tuli Pepper is a peculiar exception.

History:
The "Mayor" of the town.
Court has been around as long as the town has. The town has been around as long as Court has.
If one gathers information of the town, one gathers information on Court, and vice versa.

Stash devs have a separate edit interface; an interface that apparently doesn't have a 'change file' function, as far as I've looked.
It's kind of inconvenient.
